These Terms govern your use of the Quorum connector for AI assistants (the "Service"), operated by Quorum ("Quorum", "we"). By connecting to or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

The Service provides aggregate, privacy-safe insights about real-world consumer behavior (e.g., audience profiles, cross-shop, traffic quality, store-visit measurement) to an AI agent on your behalf. Outputs are aggregate cohorts with disclosed coverage — informational estimates, not guarantees, and not legal, financial, or professional advice.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to re-identify any individual or household, or to reverse-engineer, scrape, or reconstruct the underlying panel or identity graph.
• Do not use the Service unlawfully or in violation of applicable advertising, privacy, or platform policies.
• Do not misrepresent the Service's outputs (e.g., presenting modeled estimates as a full census).
• Do not overload, probe, or disrupt the Service.

Data you provide

You are responsible for having the rights to any data you submit (e.g., device-ID lists) and for using it in compliance with applicable law. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle it.

Intellectual property

Quorum owns the Service, its data assets, and methods. Subject to these Terms, you may use the aggregate outputs the Service returns to you for your own business purposes.

Availability & changes

The Service may currently be offered free of charge and on an evolving basis; we may modify, limit, meter, or discontinue features at any time.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quorum is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for decisions made in reliance on the Service's outputs.
