Quorum MCP — Documentation

Quorum is a remote MCP connector providing deterministic, privacy-safe real-world ground truth for advertising — ad exposures and device IDs resolved to ~74.6M opt-in U.S. households, reported as aggregate, k-anonymous cohorts. Never PII, never individuals.

Setup — connect in under a minute

In Claude (Settings → Connectors) or Claude Code, add a custom connector with URL https://mcp.quorum.live/mcp.
No authentication required — the tools work immediately.
Ask in plain English (see examples below).

Transport: Streamable HTTP · HTTPS only · read-only. Health check: https://mcp.quorum.live/healthz returns ok.

quorum_overview — Overview

What Quorum knows about a brand or subject. Start here when unsure.

Example: "What does Quorum know about Chipotle?"

quorum_cross_shop — Cross-Shop

Where a brand's real-world visitors also shop — affinity and competitive conquest, by device overlap.

Example: "Who cross-shops with Whole Foods?"

quorum_brand_graph — Brand Graph

The cross-shop network among many brands (graph-ready: nodes + edges) for visualization and clustering.

Example: "Map the cross-shop network around Target."

quorum_enrich_list — Enrich List

Resolve a list of device IDs (MAIDs) you already have to household cohorts and surface where that audience actually goes.

Example: "Enrich this list of device IDs and tell me where those households shop."

quorum_grade_list — Traffic Quality Check

Bring a sample of a traffic source's device IDs; Quorum reports the real-household resolution rate and a verdict vs a ~29% benchmark for genuine consumer traffic. "Is this traffic real?"

All five tools are read-only (readOnlyHint=true) and return aggregate, k-anonymous results.

Interpreting results (honestly)

Aggregate only. Cohorts of households, never individuals. Below the k-anonymity floor, detail is suppressed and reported as "too small."
Cross-shop is overlap, not causation — co-visitation, not "X caused a visit to Y."
grade_list: unresolved ≠ junk. Unmatched IDs are unverified (outside the opt-in panel, stale, or non-human) — not automatically bots or fraud.
Honest coverage. Results reflect a large opt-in panel, not a census.

Privacy

100% opt-in device signals, resolved to ~74.6M U.S. households, reported only as k-anonymous aggregates. Pseudonymous device IDs are inputs and are never returned; no names, addresses, or direct identifiers are surfaced. Read-only.

Troubleshooting / FAQ

Symptom	What it means / fix
Connector won't connect	Ensure the URL is exactly `https://mcp.quorum.live/mcp` (Streamable HTTP). No token needed. Confirm `/healthz` returns `ok`.
"No data" for a brand	The subject may be outside coverage. Call `quorum_overview` first to see what's available.
Result suppressed / "too small"	The cohort is below the k-anonymity floor. Broaden the query (e.g., a larger brand or a wider list).
`grade_list` shows low resolution	A low real-household match rate. Unresolved ≠ fraud — the source may be CTV/IP-only or outside the opt-in panel.
